Mission: We strive to offer a Christ-centered community that invites all persons into an ongoing relationship with Jesus Christ and one another.
As you consider how to best make your tax-deductible gifts, there are many options and opportunities available:
•Cash
It is simple and easy to write a check.
•Stock
This is an easy and cost effective method of donating. Appreciated stock that you have held long term (more than one year) is deductible at fair market value, and you do not incur a tax on unrealized capitol gain.
•Estate plans
Include Camp Galilee in your will or trust document.
•Charitable gift annuity
You receive a current income tax deduction and an annual fixed payment for life, or two lives joinly. There are very attractive rates for seniors and the came receives the reminder.
•Beneficiary desginations
Name the camp as the beneficiary of an IRA, an insurance policy, or other assets.
•Life estate
Donate your home today, but retain full ownership during your lifetime. This creates a current tax-deductible gift and can simplify estate plans.
Volunteer
Without the amazing and generous volunteer counselors and event directors, the camping ministry simply would not work. Are you interested in being a counselor or event director for one of our camps? If so, please or e-mail the Camps Office.
