Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be done at least two weeks prior to the start of camp. You will receive a refund of what you have paid, minus the $50 deposit. If you must cancel after the two week cutoff, there will not be a refund.
Scholarship Information
Sometimes families need financial help to cover costs of camp. We suggest that the first stop for scholarship information may be your local United Methodist congregation. Speak with the pastor or education worker to see if the church has scholarship money budgeted. They will also be able to contact, on your behalf, the District office to see if there are funds available from that source. Finally, your local pastor can contact the Conference camping office to request scholarship funds at 888-271-1999. Funds available from the Conference are the result of local congregations giving through the Camp Dollar Day offerings that are collected in March.
