A Note From a Parent
"I wanted to drop you a note about Camp Galilee. I recently went to their "Teddy Bear Camp" with my daughter Elizabeth. Teddy Bear Camp is a camp for 1st-2nd graders to attend with one adult. The camp was wonderful. During the 48 hours or so we were there, I grew closer to Liz, nature, myself and God. While the children have a good time, I now think it provides a very valuable experience for the parent. I would recommend this camp for parents or grandparents of 1st-2nd graders. I could describe each way I grew closer, but suffice it to say, I plan to attend next year with Liz and in 5 years with Donny.
Also, Will attend their camp for 4th graders last week. He loved every minute of it! He went last year too. After both experiences, we noticed a difference (good) in his demeanor, behavior, belief and attitude.
This isn't the best sales pitch for Camp Galilee. I think these camps are something all the children of our congregation ought to experience.

CAMPER QUOTES:
I had fun at the slip n slide, shaving cream war, and worship time. Worship time on the last night was awesome. We got to do communion. Thank you every staff and counselor for letting us come to Camp Galilee and have a great time.
