There are a variety of projects planned to help maintain and update the facilities for Camp Galilee. Listed below are the current plans for improvement around the camp site. All of the costs are approximations. To view renovations completed during 2008 visit the Renovations page.

- Clearing brush and overgrowth on the west bank of the lake, and dead/dangerous tree removal around camp
Cost: Minimal (gas, oil, and chain sharpening/replacing) - Stain exterior of cabins
Cost: $100 per cabin for materials, 17 cabins - Paint interior of south cabins
Cost: $150 per cabin for materials, 8 cabins - Paint interior of bathhouses
Cost: $300 per bathhouse for material, 3 bathhouses - Rebuild low water bridge
Cost: unknown - Build weather shelters in the pastures
Cost: $800 per shelter, at least 4 - Build new fences in the pastures
Cost: unknown - Paint and re-drywall portions of the retreat center
Cost: $200 for materials - Finish challenge course element
Cost: minimal, primarily labor - Build new challenge course elements
Cost: unknown - Continue building fence at front entrance
Cost: minimal, lumber to come from trees on-site - Build a 30x50 hay barn for the horse program
